Andre Ameer

CEO

Andre Ameer is the owner and operator of Coastal Training Consultants & Inspectors (CTCI), where he leverages over 20 years of expertise in finance, construction, and consulting. In 2024, he expanded Creek Construction Group’s capabilities by acquiring CTCI, introducing ICC Building Code Inspections and Quality Control Inspections to their services. His deep commitment to safety and compliance ensures that every project meets the highest industry standards. In 2017, Andre founded Creek Construction Group, a construction consulting firm specializing in municipal projects, including the replacement of the iconic Folly Beach Fishing Pier. His transition into the construction industry began in 2010, driven by his passion for creative problem-solving and the tangible outcomes construction offers. He managed landmark projects such as the Statue of Liberty Pier Reconstruction, the LaGuardia Airport Runway Extension, and the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. His collaborations with agencies like the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, the National Park System, and the Federal Highway Administration highlight his broad project experience. In the early stages of his career, Andre worked as a trader at a multibillion-dollar hedge fund from 2002 to 2010, where he gained a robust foundation in finance and attention to detail that remains integral to his work today. Andre holds a B.S. degree from Villanova University and a Construction Project Management Certificate from New York University. Actively engaged with the construction community, he is a member of the Coastal Code Enforcement Association of South Carolina (CCEA), the Building Officials Association of South Carolina (BOASC), and the Charleston Home Builders Association (CHBA). He also serves as an investment banker for CTH Advisors, focusing on sourcing and structuring deals within the Construction and Engineering sectors. In his spare time, Andre trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with his wife and their three children (9-year-old boy-girl twins and a 7-year-old daughter), an activity that reflects his disciplined and focused nature.

Robert Bolus

Founder

Robert Bolus has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. He holds licenses in the State of South Carolina in residential and commercial construction, home inspection and codes enforcement. A former construction trades instructor at Trident Technical College and building inspector for the City of Isle of Palms, SC, he maintains certification in all areas of building inspection through the International Codes Council (ICC) and contracts with local municipalities and contractors to perform third-party building inspections. He is a certified Home Energy Rater (HERS) through RESNET and a Verifier under the National Green Building Standard for the Home Innovation Research Labsâ„¢. Additionally, he has received Level I Certification as an Infrared Thermographer through the Infraspection Institute. He is also an avid surfer.

Our team of certified inspectors are fully licensed and certified by leading organizations including the International Code Council (ICC). Our team stays updated on the latest local and national building codes and standards, maintaining a commitment to continuous learning. Through regular participation in professional development, we ensure that our assessments are always accurate and up-to-date.
